TRAVEL PREPARATION MADE EASY
BREEDER POLICIES & PROCEDURES
- We only transport dogs/puppies and cats/kittens.
- Dogs/Puppies need to be microchipped or have an I.D. collar with puppy's breed and buyer's complete name and address.
- Puppies need to have food for at least 3 days. Food, toys, or gift bags must be labeled with buyer's name and address along with puppy information.
- Dogs/Puppiesneed to be bathed, nails clipped and parasite free.
- As per USDA regulations, we cannot give medications to animals while in our possession.
- Dogs/Puppies with any illness cannot be transported. If your animal gets sick during transit, we will notify the breeder and buyer, and bring the animal to the nearest emergency veterinary clinic. Breeder will be responsible for veterinary expenses.
- Puppies under 2lbs cannot be shipped.
- We cannot ship aggressive dogs for the safety of our drivers and other puppies.
- If this is a private sale, payment for the delivery of your animal needs to be made at or before pick up.
- We accept cash, checks, Venmo, PayPal, or credit card (Venmo, PayPal or credit cards add $25.00 for a processing fee).
- We use the Life360 GPS tracking app. A link is sent to the buyer once all puppy pick-ups are completed.
- Wags on Wheels runs scheduled nationwide trips three times a month, departing on the 4th, 14th, and 24th, covering all 48 continguous states. There are some exceptions:

- We only travel to WA,OR,ID,MT, WY, UT on our last route of each month (24th) and we only go to those states May-Oct.
- If the date falls on a Sunday or a holiday, the pick up date changes. ie: if it falls on a Sunday, then we pick up on Monday.

REQUIRED ITEMS: PICK UP CHECKLIST

- On an envelope for buyer, include: Buyer name, Delivery Address, Cell Phone #, Puppy info (Name, Breed, Sex, Microchip #)
- Must include 1 copy of a USDA health certificate.

- The official forms are either an APHIS 7001 or CVI certified veterinarian inspection.
- Vaccines must be up-to-date.
- Puppies must be at least 8 weeks and at least 2lbs.
- All pups over 12 weeks must have rabies vaccine.

- ID collar if puppy is not microchipped
- Completed Feeding Schedule form
- 3 Days worth of food
- Note - Please LABEL food, gift bags, and anything that will be sent with puppy with the buyer's information.
- USDA Health Certificate
- Feeding Schedule Form - completed
As per USDA regulations, we cannot give medications to puppies while in our possession.
